Proposed Project Concepts:

A. Real Estate projects.
With the recent election of Mayor Duterte as the president of the Philippines. We expect the economy and development of Davao city to grow at a much faster rate. The following are several real estate projects that can be be developed in Davao City.
1) Construction of a Warehouse facility for leasing in a 1.3 hectare property located along the diversion road (highway).
2) Small subdivision or housing project development in a 2.7 hectare property which is adjacent to other existing developed subdivisions / housing projects. Can be a joint venture project.
3) Construction of a 3 or 4 story multi-purpose commercial building in a 500 sqm. lot. The property is along the circumferential road and near 2 hospitals and the medical school. First floor possible clients: doctors clinic, coffee shop/ restaurant, laundry shop, flower/ plant shop.
Second,Third and Fourth floors: for dormitory rooms to house Indian national students studying at the Davao Medical School which is walking distance from the property.
B. Bottom of the Pyramid model for a cataract ambulatory surgical unit. The facility is already constructed and will start operations soon.

C. Expansion of the existing Ophthalmologic clinic to have multiple ophthalmologic clinic consult lanes and a fully fitted optical dispensary with a dedicated refracting lane and an employed optometrist. This is to increase the capacity and efficiency of the existing clinic facility. It is also intended to maximize revenue from the optical dispensary.
