I. THE BUSINESS
A. Business Concept
The Olivia Residential and Commercial Complex (ORCC) is envisioned to rise in a 337.5 square meter lot located in 119 Scout Castor St. Kamuning, Quezon City. The street is perpendicular to Tomas Morato Street, a bustling street with different commercial establishments. Scout Castor Street is lined with several houses and rows of townhouses. It is 1 to 2 kilometers away from ABC-CBN, GMA, St. Luke's Hospital in E.Rodriguez, Delos Santos Medical Center, St. Joseph College, and Trinity College, among others. The ground floor of ORCC will house 4 commercial spaces, perfect for establishments such as water purifier business, a Laundromat, a spa/massage parlor, or even a restaurant. The 2nd and 3rd floors will be residential spaces – dorm-style and/or condominium style, to fit the needs of students, employees, or even small families.

Mission: To provide an affordable, safe, and student/employee-friendly residence, as well as affordable commercial spaces for entrepreneurs. The owner believes that ORCC will be a home away from home for students and employees, where residents and their loved ones will have peace of mind because of it's safety and convenience. The ORCC can be a venue where entrepreneurs can have good business, serving customers from surrounding residential areas, schools, hospitals, and television networks.
