          Dr. Dom pointed out that very seldom we do we have original business ideas but merely a recombination of the 55 templates of Gassman  We can thus give new life to an old gasping business concept.

2   Opportunity:

          1.  What other opportunities can you think of for Jose Lontoc or how the case can inspire us to grow expand our business.  What synergy can you achieve?  What is your vision for your existing business:

                  4.   Koreas Chaebol   example of Samsung.  Samsung industrial center would have housing dormitories of workers, church, schools hospitals, shopping centers.

                  5.  Tamayo of Perpetual Help  - school dormitories, resto, canteens, piggery, hospitals (from Malasiqui)
