Business Plan:
I.                    TITLE OF BUSINESS:                
Conversion of OPD-based Clinica de la Assumption into an Infirmary Hospital in 2017
II.                  BUSINESS BACKGROUND:
The ever growing medical -surgical clinic is moving into its 15th anniversary this year, 2016.  A medical surgical clinic which aims to promote and provide the best quality health to the populace of the province. This institution is founded with Christian values of humility, honesty, patience, perseverance and compassion.  At its nativity, it was named CLINICA ASSUMPTA which later had its final nomenclature as Clinica de la Assumption (CDLA) as legally approved by the Department of Trade and Industry. Such nomenclature was after the youngest daughter of the couple founders ASSUMPTA MINETTE who was born on the Feast of our Lady of the Assumption.  The initial abode of the clinic was the old bishop's palace during the early 1960's owned by the Lizardo clan located at McKinley Street beside the cathedral AND formerly served as the Bishop's Palace in the 60's. Presently, CDLA is now housed at the old PNB building which the couple acquired five years ago after ten years of patience, rigorous and compassionate service. 
                During the course of their six months practice in the province, the couple felt the essentials vital for their practice. DOH accredited health facilities such as primary medical laboratory, drug testing laboratory, secondary radiology unit, ECG, and 3D-Ultrasound were gradually incorporated, and hence, CDLA is towards the attainment of its vision.  Recently, a BFAD licensed pharmacy completed the ancillary service, making this 2015, a complete package of a "One Stop Shop" Clinic.
 More aspirations and plans are envisioned in this institution, that is, to become the best primary health facility by the year 2017 through the construction of an extension building to include rooms for confinement as a requirement of an infirmary health care facility base on the standards of the Department of Health. This is conceived in response to the clamor of our valued patients. Hence, CDLA will render better health service to the residents of the province.  <business model Dra?>
III.                OBJECTIVE OF THE BUSINESS: 
VISION
        Clinica de la Assumption will be the best and most affordable infirmary health care facility in the province in 2017.
Its goals is geared towards the promotion and provision of an excellent primary health care service to all the people of the province.  This could be achieved by the following undertaking:
1.       Adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and personal responsibility, worthy of the trust the patients place in us.
2.       The leadership of the experts in the promotion best quality health care.
3.       The assurance of the competency of the staff of the allied professions in their operations of the different medical devices up graded.
4.       The unity and coordination of the staff in the diversified field of assignment.
5.       Strict adherence to the standards and policies of the institution of the staff.
6.       Advocacy of passionate service be equally implemented
