1. Continue review of the concepts on entrepreneurship 15 minutes
2. Further discussion on the Business Model Canvass by Dr. Biboy; report on innovation on BMI of business concept by Dr. Dom (mentoring of classmates) 30 minutes

Objectives:
1. To have further training on creativity and making a business concept
2. To further our ability to explain a business concept
3. To be process oriented (on explaining the menu)
4. To gain further experience on sales - making a sales pitch
The five class groups will create 2 dishes: one sour and one sweet that are based on two main component that the prof will bring to the class: ripe (or half ripe mangoes as requested by Dr Mila) and strawberry.
The groups will 1. name the dish and explain the concept behind the dish 2. Explain how it was made (the process) and make a sales pitch why the dish is good, why the prospective customers should buy/eat this.
