Innovation in health care in many ways

Happy Independence Day on June 12, 2016.  Are you displaying the Philippine flag in our respective hospitals, business units? Feel proud and be proud as a Filipino.  We are a top performing vs the rest of the world these days - 5.8% GDP vs. less than 3% of the rest of the world

1.  Continue review of the concepts on entrepreneurship  15 minutes

2.   Further discussion on the Business Model Canvass by Dr. Biboy;   report on innovation on BMI of business concept by Dr. Dom (mentoring of classmates)  30 minutes

3.  Lecture / discussion on:          30 minutes

      1. Critical and analytical thinking, case analysis

     2.  Business Objectives:   VMOKRAPI

4.   SR      (3)      45 minutes

5.  Group Creative activity -  Dry cooking

     Objectives:

     1.  To have further training on creativity and making a business concept

     2.  To further our ability to explain a business concept

     3.  To be process oriented (on explaining the menu)

     4.  To gain further experience on sales -  making a sales pitch

     The five class groups will create 2 dishes:   one sour and one sweet that are based on two main component that the prof will bring to the class:   ripe (or  half ripe mangoes as requested by Dr Mila) and strawberry.

     The groups will  1.  name the dish and explain the concept behind the dish   2.  Explain how it was made (the process) and make a sales pitch why the dish is good, why the prospective customers should buy/eat this.
