Innovation in health care in many ways
1. Goals for Medical Entrep as envisioned by the program director, Dra Adolor
Dra. Gloan Adolor the new program director of MBAH, MBAH grad and of this subject, had the following as the outputs needed for MBAH graduates:
1. Spirituality
2. Creative thinking
3. Critical and analytical thinkiing
1, For spirituality, we can achieve to do that skin deep through religious song, prayers before class (the groups must be doing this). Spirituality is not about prayer or attending mass. It is about you and your creator and fellow men.
Thus I have a kwento about the cousin of my wife, a medical doctor who just died. She is 45 years old, married but childless. She had myoma and succumbed from heart attack brought about by her chemo and other treatment. She was eulogized by fellow doctors and priests whom she helped in their advocacies (medical missions) including scholarships for seminarians, and help to various parishes (financial) There were 9 priest who concelebrated the requiem mas for her.. Was there sprituality in her life.?
2. Creative thinking. Dr. Sasa had SR on this. There are attempts in the class to develop this by : NU 10, reporting on various opportunities in busy street, dry cooking, and still undone activity, business opportunity on persons head. Do we need more exercises?
3. Critical and Analytical thinking. We are having practice set via Case Analysis.
2. Proposed activities:
1. Progress report by group leaders on the Business Plan of the Members. We should be at the product portion all ready.
2. SR - We should have at least 5. There will be no class activity by July 9, because of 3d printing forum
3. Continuation of group presentation on crowded street opportunity.
4. Group presentations on micromarket study (comparison of two fast food establishments)
